Who is Click Hive Marketing?

We Help You Write Your Own Reputation

Your business already has a reputation. It's showing up in reviews, in search results, and now in the answers AI tools give when someone asks about you. The question is whether that reputation is accurate, and whether it's working for you. Click Hive exists to make sure it is. We start with your business strategy, not a marketing checklist, and build outward from there so every channel tells the same true story.

Our Marketing Philosophy

Every company is trading in the same product...TRUST. We use three keys to help you build and maintain trust with your brand.

Congruent Messaging

Trust starts with people understanding who you are and why you do this work. Every campaign we build stays anchored to that same core message, across every channel, so nothing you say ever contradicts what you actually stand for.

Clarity over Clever

Catchy phrases feel good in a pitch meeting, but confused customers don't take action. We write for clarity first, because a message that's easy to understand does more for your revenue than one that's clever but vague.

Simple Solutions

Real expertise is often complex, but customers act on what they understand. We distill sophisticated solutions into narratives that are simple to grasp. The solution is simple. The value is complex. That is how you avoid being a commodity.

The Story of Click Hive Marketing

Click Hive's Journey was a winding road that led to many fun surprises and a growing understanding of how to serve our clients best.

Click Hive Marketing began as a division inside Narrow Gate Media, created to serve small businesses that weren't ready, or didn't have the expertise, to build an in-house marketing team. What started as a way to give smaller businesses access to the same strategic thinking we used with larger clients began to grow into something of its own.

Over time, it became clear that the division had a different mission and needed a different kind of focus. Small businesses didn't need help simply managing more channels. They needed a congruent approach to communication that built trust, strengthened their reputation, and supported long-term growth.

Now, as AI has become a staple of daily business activity, the idea of digital reputation has become even more important. AI systems increasingly rely on the information they can find and understand about a business. What they see, and how they understand it, can influence which businesses people discover, consider, and ultimately choose.

Our mission is to create content and develop your digital reputation in a way that increases the likelihood that AI systems will cite, recommend, and surface your business to the people looking for the services you provide.

Every business sends a message whether it means to or not. What a website says, what reviews report, how a business shows up across different channels, and what customers actually experience all communicate something. When those pieces align, trust builds quickly. When they don't, trust erodes even if each piece looks fine sitting on its own.

We call that alignment congruence. It's the standard behind everything we build at Click Hive Marketing: message, reputation, design, and strategy all telling the same true story about who a business is and what it delivers.

Congruence matters more now than it used to. AI systems and search engines pull information about a business from dozens of sources, then decide what to surface and how to describe it. A polished website paired with thin or inconsistent signals everywhere else sends a mixed message, and mixed messages get overlooked. A business that's congruent gets referenced clearly, because its reputation, content, and presence keep confirming the same thing.

This is why we treat congruence as a discipline, not a value statement hung on a wall. Every project starts by asking whether a new channel, message, or offer strengthens the story a business is already telling, or pulls it away from it. The work only counts if it moves a business closer to being unmistakably, consistently itself.
